How much are conversation costs?: WhatsApp charge their own fee for each conversation with a customer. This amount depends on the country and who started the conversation. Contact our sales team to get rates for your business.
How long does it take to get setup?: You can be set up with Facebook Messenger and Instagram in less than 15 minutes. WhatsApp numbers can take a little longer as Meta and Facebook need to do some verifications. Typically it is less than a week.
What do WhatsApp's conversation costs typically look like?: There is a lot of variance around the world, but you can expect to pay between $0.04 and $0.08 per conversation for a customer-initiated conversation through WhatsApp.
Do you offer a free trial?: For Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messaging we do offer a 14 day free trial. Due to the approval process with Meta for the setup of WhatsApp Business accounts, we are unable to offer a free period.
What is the contract length with ChatPilot?: The prices stated above are for month to month agreements with no minimum term. If you are interested in committing to 12 or 24 months with ChatPilot, speak with our sales team for lower rates.
